REFUND POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

We offer software subscription services on a recurring payment basis. Because our subscriptions provide access to digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial for any of our subscription plans, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not incur any charges.

Initial Subscription Period

For new subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, provided that you have not exceeded the usage limits or thresholds outlined in your subscription plan. This allows you to evaluate our software and ensure it meets your needs.

If your refund request is approved within this 14-day period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, and your access to the software will be terminated.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. When your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle, the charge is final. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, but we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.


2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@mdtsconsulting.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Your full name

  • The date of purchase

  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.


3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your refund is approved, please allow:

  • 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or payment account statement

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at admin@mdtsconsulting.com.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewal charges (monthly or annual) for billing periods that have already begun

  • Partial billing periods following cancellation

  • Charges for usage beyond your subscription plan limits

  • Any fees associated with downgrading or changing your subscription plan

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days from the initial purchase date


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of your current billing period

  • You will not be charged for future billing periods

To avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.


6. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND CREDITS

In the event of a significant service outage or interruption that materially affects your ability to use our software, we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated credit to your account. Credits are not provided for minor interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

To request a credit for a service interruption, please contact us with details of the issue and the dates affected.


7. UNINTENDED PURCHASES

If you believe you were charged in error or made an unintended purchase, please contact us immediately at admin@mdtsconsulting.com. We will review the transaction and may issue a refund at our discretion.


8. ACCOUNT CLOSURE UPON REFUND

If a refund is issued for your initial subscription purchase, your account will be closed, and you will lose access to the software and any data associated with your account. We recommend exporting any important data before requesting a refund.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised. For active subscribers, material changes will be communicated via email.
