OUR STORY, Monarch Digital Transformation Solutions (MDTS), started as a small consultancy with a big vision. Six years ago, we didn’t start MDTS in a boardroom. We started it remote, during the lockdowns of 2020, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada as the World ground to a halt with Covid Pandemic.
While the pandemic was a crisis for many, it was also a moment of profound reinvention. The old ways of working—the bureaucratic approvals, the rigid processes, the reliance on physical presence—vanished overnight. The demand for immediate, remote, and reliable IT expertise exploded. In that chaos, we saw a need for something simpler: certainty.
